Panzer Strike 2

In the past months, we at Forsage Games have been working very intensively on the Panzer Strike project. As you know, during the campaign, we decided to improve the announced quality of the 3D buildings by using higher quality material. We also increased the number of pieces that go into each of the offered options. Since the Light variant caused the least interest amongst backers, we decided to improve it at our cost by providing the board and a box made of thicker cardboard.
All these changes in relation to the original plan required additional preparations for production since we didn’t want the backers to have any problems with cardboard that doesn’t fit well or that it has to be cut right before the assembling. In parallel with those preparations, we worked on the next game in the Panzer Strike series. We already announced that the board in the first PS project represents the central part of the city; in the second project, the board represents the northern part: in this neighborhood, next to the residential area, there is an industrial zone and also a railway station.
We decided to launch the Panzer Strike 2 campaign very quickly and to offer Standard and Premium options only. Of course, Standard and Premium options from the PS1 project will also be available, and all that will help us organize a unified production.
When joined, the two boards that depict two parts of the city create a really grand 3D board that offers much more possibilities for maneuvering. The PSWF2 set will also contain scenarios that take place on the entire board (North and Middle).
We use this opportunity to thank everyone for their support in previous campaigns and we hope that our next project will also spark significant interest in the community.
Update #20

As you all know, for the first time we are using the services of a pledge manager company after a campaign. Our decision was BackerKit because they have developed a system for charging additional postage for the purchase of add-ons. However, we've only just realized that this system does not function in the way we thought. Let's use an example: a backer who pledged for the Premium option in the campaign has already paid postage. The Premium set weighs about 2,4 kg. If in the pre-order period, they add, for example, a set of pieces weighing about 200 grams, they should not pay any additional postage because the total weight of the shipment does not exceed 5 kg which we set as the next limit. Now, we see that BakercKit charges all the backers who chose any add-on a postal fee of 9 to 14 dollars (depending on the country) which is in most cases unnecessary, but, unfortunately, we cannot do anything about it at this point.
That's why we decided to offer to all the backers who were charged additional postage for no reason and to those who are yet to order and the same thing happens a compensation: a set of pieces containing guns, howitzers and trucks. The exact number of these pieces will be determined later. In addition, there will be instructions on how these pieces should be used in the game. They will, most likely, be made on 3D printers.
We hope the backers will be pleased that in this way we want to compensate for this unnecessarily charged postage. And also, these new pieces will also create new options in the game.

Due to some technical issues, the campaign on Backer Kit started a little later than we announced. Take a look at our previous update in which we announced a lot more content for each option compared with what was advertised during the campaign. This pre-order period will last until April 10!

Hi, everyone!
It's now been 25 days since the end of the campaign. In a few days, the preorder period through Backer Kit will commence. For the first time, we’ll be using a pledge manager after a campaign, so we needed a lot of time to prepare it all.
In addition to the basic reward levels on Backer Kit, there will be 40 various add-ons. We have already announced most of them during the campaign, but there are some new options, so we recommend that you take a detailed look at everything.
While we were preparing the preorder options, we carried out further consultations with our associates regarding the cost and price of each option. When determining each price, one of the factors is a subsequent sale in large quantities via distributors; however, when we analyzed the production possibilities of our associates in more detail, Voxellab primarily (the realistic miniatures manufacturer), we decided to sell all the games from the Panzer Strike series only through our website after a corresponding Kickstarter campaign. This means that we do not have in mind some huge series nor including distributors in the process. As a result, the cost of almost any option can be lower than the ones we worked with during this campaign which means that in the future campaigns for the Panzer Strike games the reward levels will be cheaper and yet have the similar content in the box.
This leads to the important announcement we have to make: the backers who pledged for a game in this campaign will get additional content so, this way, the price they paid will be in scale with the prices in the next Panzer Strike campaigns.
For the LIGHT option, we already announced during the campaign that both the box and the board will be made out of thick cardboard (same as that of STANDARD and PREMIUM options) instead of the thinner one. For the STANDARD and PREMIUM options, we also added at the end of the campaign some of the pieces that were intended as stretch goals and now we will add even more pieces so the price would be in scale with the prices in the next campaign.
Now, the extra content we introduce is:
STANDARD - 22 more pieces
PREMIUM - 12 more miniatures

Our third campaign is successfully finished! We thank all backers for the support.
The last stretch goal is reached in the last minutes, which means that all physical sets will have trees and trams included!
The first game in the Panzer Strike series will soon have its sequel, so follow our updates.
