We have hoped that we would post this update much earlier. Additional delay was because our whole team had flu for a week. Nobody was able to go and collect the newest batch of miniatures until today.
The following miniatures are produced in the last batch:
Char B1, Churchill VII, Hummel, M5 Stuart, M12 GMC, M31 ARV, Matilda II, Pz 38t, Pz III, Pz IV D and StuG III A
----
In the meantime, the following 3D models are made, which are being tested now and soon will be printed:
In a few days we are expecting a batch of molded tank pieces.
We will do our best to finally prepare PnP in near future.

We are still fully dedicated to this project. As we wrote in the previous update, the obligations associated with this project are intertwined with those of the previous project (Tank Chess). Our intention was to start selling Tank Chess wholesale after delivering the KS rewards, but impatient retailers from several countries have asked about ordering (first from China and soon after from Japan) and it would be extremely unprofessional on our behalf to reject or postpone all these orders indefinitely.
In Japan, the games are selling so well that in September we had five separate shipments! A large series of Tank Chess and Fun Set is currently in production, and it will probably be transported by ship unless we opt for air travel due to urgency. In addition, we've also had a number of smaller deliveries to board game shops in the Netherlands, Romania, the UK, Sweden, etc.
We also have an obligation to honor our German partner - Spieltrieb, with whom we have a joint venture agreement to launch a Kickstarter campaign for the game Flying Saucers. We will be guests at his booth at the Essen Fair (October 24-27).
We will also use our presence in Essen to promote Panzer Strike as well as our other games.
Unfortunately, all these commitments affect the speed of fulfillment of this project. To compensate the time dedicated to other commitments, we hired a 3D designer from New Zealand who has already done some of the tank miniature models. We are very pleased with the collaboration, especially since his style matches the style of our designer.
The next update will be published upon our return from Essen.
Update #23

Forsage Games is a small company that has begun its breakthrough to the global market with its successful Kickstarter projects. Our first campaign had 136 backers, and it required producing a very complex game in as many as 4 variants. On that occasion, we proved that we are capable of making high-quality games in small series with minimal delay. We didn't even have any rented workshops at the time so we produced everything in our home.
Our second project was like a fairytale. We managed to attract over 2,000 backers without a single cent invested in advertising and the raised sum was over $ 100,000. However, we offered too many versions of the game, expansions, and add-ons, so we had a lot of production problems. The basic version of the game was made in a large series and shipments started on time, but other versions and expansions were more or less delayed. As a result, the end of fulfillment has been delayed quite a bit, and the additional problem has been the limit on the number of shipments per day, imposed by our Customs.
Based on our previous experience, in this campaign, we have offered a reduced number of versions and we have decided to use fulfillment companies for continents with a larger number of backers in order to ship orders. In total, $ 25000 were raised (+$ 7000 in the preorder period) by 261 (+7) backers. The sum collected doesn’t allow a large-scale production, and yet a lot needs to be produced. In our next, fourth campaign (which lasted only for a short period, during the vacation season) in addition to the new part of the game Panzer Strike, we offered again the same PS part as in our hoping that the total number of games ordered would exceed 500 pieces, which would meet the criteria for large-scale production. Unfortunately, this did not happen, so this time, our ability to make complex games in small and medium-sized series will come to light. Now, with the fulfillment companies in the distribution process, we will have to wait for all the games to be produced, and then to start the shipping period. The majority of the backers ordered the Premium version, scheduled to ship in October, so the other versions will be shipped at the same time.
The cardboard elements and plastic pieces are already in production. In the pre-order period, we offered quite a large selection of tank pieces from different countries and different war periods. That's a pretty big task for our designer, so it’s possible that the production pieces will be a bit slower, as multiple tests have to be done before the final series of any model is printed. This is all necessary because the dimensions of the tank hull and the turret can change slightly due to the painting process. This causes their joint to be such that the turret can easily fall off or that it cannot rotate. Therefore, it is necessary to predict in advance the dimensions the non-colored piece, so that after painting the hull-turret joint works well. This is only possible after multiple trial runs. We hope that the backers will understand if there are any delays in delivery, as we all aim to get everything done in the best possible way.
Our entire team is dedicated to the realization of this project. Therefore, we modified our previous plan to finally participate as exhibitors at the Essen Fair this year. The preparations to display the games at our own booth (like the one we had in Cannes in 2018) are time-consuming and that would undoubtedly slow us down in terms of producing Panzer Strike. However, at the insistence of our German partner, we will come to Essen and be guests at his booth in order to promote one of our future joint projects. We hope to meet some of you at the Fair on that occasion.
Panzer Strike: Western Front 2 is near!

The campaign for the second Panzer Strike: Western Front game will start on Monday, June 24 at 18:00 CET.
Everyone who pledges for a physical copy of a game (all the options except for ''Thanks'', PnP and STL) during the first 24 hours will receive a First Day Gift: an armored train with two wagons and a long-range cannon Big Bertha along with special scenarios where they have the main role. The Big Bertha will not be involved directly in the fight, as its range is too much for a battlefield of this scale. All these items form a mini-expansion that will be available as an add-on for $8 if you don't manage to grab it as a gift.
